Terms for paid membership and subscription features.

These Membership Terms apply when a Chen'ao Technology product offers paid membership, subscription, premium content, or other paid digital features. They supplement our general Terms of Use.

1. Paid Features

Membership may provide access to premium learning tools, extended question practice, mock exam functions, AI-assisted explanations, statistics, cloud sync, or other features described in the product. The exact benefits are shown in the app or service before purchase.

2. Billing

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app-store platform are billed by that platform under its own payment rules. Purchases made through other approved channels may be billed by the stated payment provider.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

If a membership is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew according to the billing period shown at purchase unless you cancel through the relevant app store or payment platform before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

4. Refunds

Refund requests for app-store purchases should be submitted through the relevant app store. For other purchases, please contact support and include your order information so we can review the request according to applicable law and platform rules.

5. Account and Device Changes

Some membership benefits may depend on the account, device, app store account, or region used at purchase. If you change devices or reinstall an app, use the restore purchase or sign-in function where available.

6. Changes to Membership Benefits

We may improve, adjust, replace, or discontinue specific membership features as products evolve. We will not intentionally remove paid access during an active paid period without providing a reasonable alternative, extension, or other remedy where required by law.
